"Thinking of ways to encourage others..."
Average
Average = the worst of the best
Average = the best of the worst
My first sales manager with Allstate was a wonderful man named Bud Johnson. It was from Bud that I heard this definition of average. His abhorrence of mediocracy was impressed on me as a form of encouragement to excel.
Whether we swing an ax, shovel dirt or perform brain surgery, being average is not a lofty goal. Have you ever met a grandparent with average grandkids?

Till next time,
Sam
